Create a video franchise to introduce learners to Indeed Recruiter School core learning pillars that balance entertainment and learning value.
My Contributions
Working with a top-class production agency, I led learning efforts for the series, identifying how episodes needed to be structured to create learning moments and working closely on set with filmmakers, talent, and subject matter experts to maximize learning outcomes.
As part of Indeed Recruiter School, I was tasked with providing learning guidance for a video series focused around our core learning pillars. Initially, I worked with internal research teams as well as subject matter experts and industry thought leaders to identify primary topics for the series. This effort was also key to bridging the video series with the content taught in each pillar.

Prior to, and during filming, I served as the primary learning expert for the series, working closely with filmmakers, talent, and experts to ensure learning moments were included along with the entertainment value, as needed. After filming, I was responsible for tying the video content into the learning paths and lessons to create a cohesive learning experience.
