How Might We...
Create an industry-defining, online learning platform for hiring professionals around the world to develop their professional and personal skills to stay ahead of industry trends and create the recruiting thought leaders of tomorrow.
My Contributions
As the learning experience manager for the project, I was responsible for developing the platform's core learning pillars, designing the structure and architecture of the experience, creating the program curriculum, designing the content types, directing the UI/UX design of the platform, and overseeing the site construction.
As part of a large-scale initiative to create a new destination for hiring professionals on Indeed, we took a more holistic view of the needs of talent professionals. After interviewing recruiters and thought leaders from around the world, we developed a broad set of core learning pillars that stood as the areas of focus for Recruiter School, giving learners a chance to customize their learning journey to their individual needs.

To suit the new approach, I designed a more scalable learning architecture to allow for additional pillars and an increased frequency of new lessons. Additionally, I designed a new micro-learning lesson format that allowed for new types of media content and better connections across the recruiter school as well as the greater indeed ecosystem of white papers, articles and multimedia. Additionally, I led the UI/UX efforts to create a best-in-class visual design that retained the needed efficacy of the lesson content. Finally, we developed a gamification system to enhance engagement and help build community aspects within the platform.
